If your bid is successful and accepted by the hotel, you will receive the confirmation with
in next 3 hours.

How many days in advance can I bid?
As we promise, we truly are a "Last Minute" booking site and you can book
rooms only after the 28th day from the day you book. This also enables the hotels
to offer the best possible minimum price to the customers.

Am I bidding against other customers?
No. You are dealing directly with the hotel and have no other bidders involved.
The hotel at its discretion will determine the value of your bid and accept the
same on its merit.

How do the hotels decide the prices at which they accept bidding for a room?
The "Last Minute" concept is based on the hotel’s knowledge of its
occupancy for the next 28 days. When the hotels realize the probability of the vacant
rooms, they offer lower price to get these bids to earn revenue from these rooms
and also make new customers.

At what price should I bid?
This is entirely up to you, but it should be lower than the hotel’s rate published
for the day. Bidding closer to the average bid rate will be an advantage.

will have the access to your credit card details. |

Can I change my mind once I've made a bid?
You can change your mind, amend or cancel any bid made until the moment you submit
your bid. But once you have submitted your bid then no changes/ cancellations/ transfers/
refund can be made. |

How will I know if a bid is accepted?
As soon as your bid is accepted by a hotel, a confirmation email will be sent to
you with all the details. |

Will I be informed if my bid is not successful?
Yes, if your bid is declined, an email will be sent to you so that you can immediately
