Agreement between user and Bid2travel.com
This Agreement constitutes a legal agreement between you (the user of Bid2travel.com, herein after referred to as "the Site" or "the Website" or “we”) and us (Noble Travels) and governs your use of the site. By accessing the Site, you agree to all terms and conditions in this Agreement. Should you not agree with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, you may not access the Bid2travel.com website .

We may choose to revise this agreement at any time, and your access and/or use of the website constitutes your continued acceptance of all terms, conditions, and notices that are effective as of the date and time you use or access the site.

Minors/Children
Bid2travel.com is not intended for the use of anyone under 18 years of age. As a condition of your access and/or use of this website, you warrant that you are 18 years old or older and have legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are not 18 years of age or older, you are not authorized to access and/or use any information, products, or services on the site.

HOTELS
•  All hotel discounts advertised are based on the discounts from the full "rack rate" including VAT and are correct at the time the offers are first advertised on any Channel. However, please note that some hotels in other countries may also charge local or other taxes, which may not be included in the offer.

•  "Rack rate/Full Rate/Standard Rate/Normal Rate " is the rate published by a hotel which is the maximum it will charge for any room.

•  Prices stated are on per room, per night basis and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Accommodation as specified is a standard room, on a room only basis including state tax. Should you have any special requests in respect of ground floor or adjoining rooms etc, these are very much subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed under any circumstance. Homes and apartments are cleaned prior to arrival and are generally not cleaned again during your stay.

•  Please be aware that the hotel room photos are only a depiction of the type of rooms on offer and may not represent the actual room described. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of descriptions and information. Where we are aware that a facility or service advertised on this site we will not be open or available during the period of your holiday, we will take steps, wherever possible, to notify you prior to travel.

•  It is standard policy that check-in at any hotel, apartment or home is not normally before 12 pm. It is generally required that you check out of your accommodation by 10 am.

•  Unless otherwise stated, breakfast, lunch and dinner are not included.

•  Star ratings may differ according to the country where the hotel is located and are out of the control of bid2travel.com. Therefore bid2travel.com cannot be held responsible for any misconceptions relating to star ratings.

•  Please note foreign hotel room advertisements displayed on the Website may have room rates identified in both Euro as well as the local currency, or any other currency as requested by the specific hotel supplier. Unless stated otherwise, at the time of final payment, the room rate you will be charged by the hotel shall be as expressed in the local currency (or in any other currency as determined by the hotel) and not in Euro. Please be aware any subsequent conversion of the local currency to Euro by the hotel on your behalf may differ from the Euro room rate advertised on the Website.

•  Whenever we learn of development work / renovations likely to affect the enjoyment of the holiday, we will Endeavour to contact the agent if there is the time before departure.

•  If you have any other queries or complaints in relation to your accommodation you must immediately inform our local representative at the location where the incident arises and if asked set out in writing details of your complaint. If it is not possible to do so whilst on location you must notify us of any complaint not later than forteen days after your return.

Disclaimer of Liability
Bid2travel.com makes every effort to ensure that information provided on the Site is correct. However, we do not warrant that information including, but not limited to, room rates, hotel descriptions and photographs, hotel amenities, pricing, editorial commentary or any other content of the Site, regardless of its source, is accurate, current, or complete. Bid2travel.com provides content for informational purposes only and the inclusion of that content does not constitute an endorsement by Bid2travel.com of any product, merchant, seller or service.

The information, software, products, and services published on the site, including, without limitation, text, graphics, links, or any information or materials obtained or accessed through or from Bid2travel.com are provide "as is," "with all faults," "as available," and with no warranties whatsoever. Bid2travel.com herein disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law any and all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from computer virus, title, and non-infringement of proprietary rights.

The hotels and other suppliers listed on the site are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Bid2travel.com or its affiliates. Bid2travel.com and its affiliates are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from the use of said suppliers. The company and its affiliates have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, act of nature, or other cause beyond their direct control and they have no responsibility for any additional expense incurred by users of the site based on, but not limited to, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE BID2TRAVEL.COM WEBSITE OR SERVICE OR ANY PART OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICE, YOU'RE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE WEBSITE.

In no event shall the company, its affiliates, and/or their respective suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in way connected with, the use of the Bid2travel.com website or with the delay or inability to use the Website, or for any information, software, products, and/or services obtained through the website, or otherwise arising out of the use of the website, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if Bid2travel.com, it's affiliates, and/or their respective suppliers have been advised of the possibility of damages.

Because travel to various destinations throughout the world can be dangerous or ever life-threatening, you should not rely on any such information in situations where its inaccuracy would cause you to suffer any loss. Bid2travel.com assumes no liability for inaccuracy or incompleteness in any content on the site, including, but not limited to search results, room rates, and editorial content. Bid2travel.com also does not assume any liability for inaccuracy or incompleteness in any content on third party sites you access from Bid2travel.com. We urge you to review travel prohibitions, warnings, and advisories issued by the concerned Government/s, department/s before considering travel. Information on restrictions and developments in various countries and the risks regarding travel to particular international destinations can be found at  www.state.gov , www.tsa.gov , www.faa.gov , www.cdc.gov , and www.customs.gov

By listing any hotel or destination, Bid2travel.com does not warrant that travel to such destinations is without risk. Bid2travel.com is not liable for any loss or damage – physical, property, or otherwise – that may arise from travel to any location chosen by accessing this Site.

Links to Third Party Websites
Bid2travel.com provides links to websites operated by parties and merchants other than the company. However, those links are offered for your convenience only, and Bid2travel.com is not responsible for their content or your use of them. Indemnification

Use of the website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of this agreement, including, but not limited, to this paragraph.  Bid2travel.com reserves the right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this website or information provided to or gathered by the company with respect to your use of the site.  If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law by any court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of this agreement will remain in full force and effect.

You agree that no business relationship, including but not limited to, a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and the company as a result of this agreement or use of the Site.

This agreement (and any other terms and conditions referenced herein) constitutes the entire agreement between you and the company with respect to the website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and the company with respect to the website. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form
Miscellaneous
•  You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.

•  In order to make a purchase you must be over 18 years old be purchasing for yourself and have the legal capacity to make the transaction.

•  You must make sure that all the information you provide to us is true and accurate.

•  Under no circumstances you will decline/ dispute the amount which is charged by the Bid2travel.com on your credit card.

•  We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

•  No Transfer / Change/cancellation of the booking will be demanded/requested by you on the bid/s which is/are accepted by the Bid2travel.com.

•  You must not use the website for speculative, false or fraudulent bookings.

•  The transmission of threatening, defamatory, pornographic, political or racist material or any material that is otherwise unlawful is expressly prohibited.

•  The site and any content may not be modified, copied, transmitted, distributed, sold, displayed, licensed, or reproduced in any way by you, except if you wish to make copies of the website for your own personal and non-commercial use.

•  This user agreement is between you and bid2travel.com.

In order for us to assist with your query as quickly as possible, please make sure that you have your order/confirmation number before you call us. In most cases we can only discuss order information with the person who made the booking, or one of the passengers on a booking.

•  Where your contract is not with bid2travel.com but with a third party supplier such as a tour operator or hotel, bid2travel.com may pass your credit card (or details of any other payment method allowed) and any other essential booking details to that third party. The placing of an order for any goods and services by you will constitute consent to us passing on such details.

You undertake to us that the details you give to us while using the Channels are correct in particular that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or service.

If there are any changes to the details supplied to us by you it is your responsibility to inform bid2travel.com by contacting our Customer Services as soon as possible.

•  We won't send you e-mails which you do not want but we can't guarantee that third parties to whom your details are sent won't do so.

•  Our Channels will not stop you from making impossible bookings such as two bookings to the same place at the same time or a flight to one place and theater tickets to another at the same time. If you make that kind of booking we won't give you a refund.

•  We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them. However because of the sophisticated technology that is required in operating bid2travel.com there may be times when obvious errors occur. For example, very occasionally, this may result in a price, product or service or other detail displayed or presented on a Channel being incorrect. In this case we reserve the right to cancel that contract, but this of course will be without any liability to you.

•  Bid2travel.com does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.
