TERMS & CONDITIONS:
You ("the customer/supplier") agree to the following terms and conditions while
booking or listing accommodation with Bid2travel.com (the site):
Bid2travel.com means Noble Travels (PAN NO. ANX
PS 7133 G) and its parent and/or subsidiaries unless otherwise specified.
1. Cancellation policy will be determined by the individual hotel,
motel apartment, villa or any other accommodation property ("the establishment")
listed on the site and will be clearly displayed prior to booking.
2. Administration charges will apply to the allowed changes and
cancellations.
3. You may be required to produce photo ID on your arrival at
the establishment.
4. Bid2travel.com sells hotel accommodation from an inventory supplied
by the establishments and does not over-sell that inventory.
5. Bid2travel.com will receive the payments from the customers and
will pay to the suppliers, an amount after deduction of the specified commission/Minimum
/Net amount as per the agreement.
6. Bid2travel.com will not accept liability for unavailability of rooms
due to over-selling of inventory by the listed establishments.
7. Bookings made through a "Bid" cannot be cancelled, amended
or refunded due to the special nature of the rate offered.
8. Once a "Bid" has been accepted by a hotel & the credit
card is processed, booking is confirmed and no further changes can be made in the
booking.
9. Prices are quoted per room, (Based on two people) in Indian Rupees
and include all taxes unless otherwise stated.
10. Extra charges per person are determined by the individual establishments
and maximum number of people per room must be strictly adhered to.
11. Bid2travel.com will endeavor to ensure the accuracy of the information
posted on the website. How ever, it does not guarantee that the information is free
from errors or faults and will not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions.
12. We may, at our discretion, change the website content at any time
without notice.
13. Bid2travel.com reserves the right to amend the "Terms and
Conditions" at any time.
14. Bid2travel.com will not accept liability for any indirect or other
loss arising from the use or access connected with the site or for any products
or services purchased on its website.
15. The establishment" will indemnify Bid2travel.com against any
loss and costs occurred arising from damage, losses, injury or death caused
or contributed to by its act, neglect or default, or act, neglect or default
of its employees or agents.
16. We may terminate this agreement, at any time, without notice,
if you fail to comply with any of our terms and conditions or if we discontinue
operating this website.
17. If the payment is made to the hotel directly at full/ more rate
by the customer, Bid2travel.com's negotiated rate/commission will still be applicable
and the Hotel/property will pay the difference (Full/More rate less bid2travel price)
to Bid2travel.com with in the next 15 days.
18. The person making the reservation and the establishment guest must
be over 18 years of age to use the services of our website.
19. Bid2travel.com receives payment from establishments for the provision
of the Bid2travel.com booking service.
20. It is the responsibility of the property/hotel management to check
the credentials of the person/s at the time of check-in and checkout. Bid2travel.com
under no circumstances will be held liable/responsible for any cash/kind transactions.
21.Keeping the security requirements in mind you are requested to keep the
check on the customer/s activities & behaviour during his/her stay.
22. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Delhi Court,
India.
